David Talty

Managing Director

David is Managing Director, based out of our Shannon office. He is responsible for the overall management of his team’s output with a primary focus being excellence in client service delivery on a timely and efficient basis. Prior to joining Pivotal Corporate, David gained valuable experience working with an existing corporate service provider in Ireland where he was promoted to Head of Client Services within 4 years of joining. He has also worked in the PE section of a large corporation providing accounting support to funds, ranging from €100m to €700m some of which were listed on the Irish and London Stock Exchanges.

Over the course of his career to date, David has collated a vast knowledge of client operations across a wide range of industries such as Aviation (both SPV and platform transactions), Pharma, Manufacturing and Property Management as well as acting and partaking on the board of many client entities including financing vehicles. He has also assisted several entities and structures as they build out their international operations within Ireland, both within incubation phase and on a longer-term basis.

David holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Limerick. He is also a member of the Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a diploma in IFRS from the Chartered Accountants of Ireland and a Diploma in Aviation Leasing & Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
