John Hennessy

Managing Director, Asset Finance

John is part of the senior leadership team of Pivotal Corporate as Managing Director, Asset Finance, based in the US.

John’s background includes 40 years’ experience in International Banking and then most recently, a further 5 years in the Corporate Services area. John started his career as a Relationship Banker with Bank of America in Ireland and worked with them for 20 years in the UK, Europe, and the US with responsibilities for large cross border clients in all industry segments. The second half of his banking career was with the RBS Group in the US where he transitioned to the Equipment Finance area and was responsible for significant growth in the business. After retiring from Banking, John became senior advisor for a Corporate Services Provider and helped with the growth of the business.

John holds a BComm and an MBS from UCD and an MBA from Boston College.
